1. Upcoming Events
· Donuts for Grown ups
-174 people total signed up as of today.
-We will utilize far half of the gym for this. We will notify PE.
-PTSO buying donuts for morning Viper Den.
-Decorate tables with white butcher paper and crayons for families to use.
· STEAM Career Day 12/5/25
-PTSO will provide 8am breakfast for 40-50 people.
-We still need more people.
-Volunteers will need to prepare a PPT presentation and present to 4 classrooms.
· Kawaii Restaurant Night 12/9/25
· Teacher Breakfast 12/18/25
-Set up at 7:15am.
-Ask cafeteria if they can cater with eggs, bacon, ect..
· Spring Love Our Schools Day 1/31/26 9am- 2pm
-Michelle to text CCV contact for volunteers.
-Michelle to email MRHS groups and create sign up genius for volunteers.
-We will have a full time custodian named Laticia soon (yay!).
5. Open Floor
· Flagpole Friday 12/12/25
-Teachers will receive a map showing where their kids sit around the flagpole. Teachers will notify their kids so they know where to go when they arrive.
-8:30am start time.
-Student sing grade level chants.
-PTSO to provide coffee (we will ask cafeteria).
· Jolly Trolley 12/12/25 at 11:30am.
· Love Our Schools Day
-Maybe the week before Spring conferences?
-Parents/ businesses/ students are encourages to help with vacuuming classrooms, sweeping sidewalks, washing windows, and other projects.
· CCV Soda Bar
-Michelle text CCV contact to request 1/9/26 10:30am- 1pm. Waiting to hear back.
· Bingo Recap
+Everyone had fun.
-Numbers down from last year.
-New system to display numbers instead of calling them out.
· Top Golf Recap
+Very fun.

-Nikkie emailed Top Golf with some areas to improve uponfor next year.
· SV Blanket Sales
-What playground equipment will the sales go toward?
–We will ask grade levels.
–Playground monitors are keeping a list.
· Family Dance 2/20/26
-Theme: Dancing through the Decades.
-Michelle to contact MRHS contacts and create sign ups for volunteers (face painting, set up, clean up, monitoring).
-Will teachers come out for a dance similar to last year?
