1. Call to Order

2. Treasurer Report
a. Update
-$6900 from Silent Auction.
-$304 from selling ducks.
-$335 from Kawaii Restaurant Night.
-$835 from Sonic.
3. President/ Vice President
a. Restaurant Nights/ Ducks
-Upcoming Restaurant Night at Panda Express on 2/11. They will offer 40% back nationwide.
-Ducks: Perhaps hidden golden ducks? Raffle for people who buy more than 5?
-We will sell little Earth balls, bracelets, and stickers for Earth day. We will sell on Earth Day
4/22 before and after school and on 4/23 only during lunch (10:55am- 12:55pm).
b. Family Dance
-2/21/25 6:30-8pm.
-We have a business sponsor.
-Theme is neon party.
i. Finalize cost/ what it includes
-$10 for 1 adult + 1 child
-$5 for each additional family member
-free photo opportunity and craft (frame to decorate) and free glow sticks at door.
ii. Décor
-We want fringe/ streamers on the entry.
iii. Crafts/ tables
-Table with neon/ glow in the dark items for sale.
-Table with items to make photo frames.
-Tables for concessions.
iv. Volunteers
-Setup: Start at 5pm. Put together concessions tables, put together crafts area, set up photo opportunity, pull out bleachers?
-During: sell concessions, run crafts table,
-Clean up:
v. Other
-Kelcey’s husband owns DJ and Production company and has volunteered to help with dance.
4. Other
-Steam Night
–Michelle to try contacting Zak’s Bricks.
–We want something interactive for the PTSO table. A building opportunity with Legos? A matchbox car activity? Sell little cars or Legos?
–There will be food trucks.
5. Open Floor
-Everyone please come to the next meeting with ideas for more fundraising opportunities similar to National Rubber Ducky Day event.
