TREASURERS REPORT
BINGO – More profitable by about $500. With all expenses brought in $5596. Possible renting of tables next year. Ran out sooner than expected this year. 92 pre order and 8 extra. Adding 5 extra pizzas 2024. Possibly emcee for next year. Robo Rob from Apex top contender.
Auction went well. Last year 274 registered this year 201.

2023 made just under 11,000
Didn’t have as many gift cards donated this year. Push for gift card donations 2024. Tried switching up teacher experiences but struggled with the instruction to have the teachers choose something new. Moving forward going to try to do a list of teacher experiences and have them sign up for each. 6,7,8 registrations start to drop significantly. 8th grade only had three registrations. Need to brainstorm ways to increase registration.
Marquee messages: Discussed birthday messages to be added throughout the year but we are struggling with the software.
JOLLY TROLLY- Budget TBD. Healthy options. December 13th
PBIS- Amazon created to better manage funding of PBIS school store account. Discussed $2k per calendar year (Jan to Dec 2024)
