-There were 11 projects totalling $15,433.74.  Post community donations and utilizing match day, all projects were funded and PTSO paid $7,521.41.

-We are asking teachers to email Nikki with name and contact info of their homeroom parent(s).

        -8/13/24 Cold Beer & Cheeseburgers $358.12.

  1. Open Floor

a. Fireman Matt Proposal

-$500/month ($4500 for the year)

-Matt will be at the school 1 day a month to teach lessons to kindergarten and 1st grade classes.  He will also be present before and afterschool to answer questions.

-Can answer questions about carseats but he cannot help with installation because Matt is no longer certififed.

_Matt can present topics at PTSO meetings for parents twice a year.

b. Planned Upcoming Curriculum Expenses

-Vocab.com and Read Theory will expire this year and need renewal.

-Iexcel will need to be renewed $23,000.
